How do I download my resume as PDF?: When you're finished with your resume, click "Download PDF" in the builder. All features are free.
Does the service cost anything?: CV Lab is completely free. Unlimited downloads, AI cover letters and video interviews are all included at no cost.
How do I import an existing resume?: On the home page or dashboard, click "Upload an existing resume" and select your PDF or image. Our AI reads the content and fills in the template.
What do I do if something isn't working?: Try refreshing the page and make sure the file is under 15 MB. If the problem persists, send us a message using the form on this support page.
